Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via our support channel. After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase via our payment processor (including Paddle where applicable).

Refund Timing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Typically, refunds for card payments appear in your account within 335 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
